I’m on a mission to make talking about sex less awkward, more approachable, and downright fun!

Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve been endlessly fascinated by the mysteries of love, intimacy, and human connection. That curiosity wasn’t just a passing phase—it’s been the heartbeat of my life’s work. Naturally, it led me down the path of becoming a Certified Sex & Intimacy Coach, where I now get to empower my clients with the tools, confidence, and insights they need to cultivate deeply fulfilling sexual and intimate relationships. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone light up as they discover what’s possible for them.

My journey to this point has been anything but linear. Many moons ago, I started a psychology degree, driven by a hunger to unravel the complexities of human sexuality. But life had other plans. I followed my heart—and the love of my life—to South Africa, trading textbooks for real-world adventures. Along the way, I became a mom, took unexpected detours, and let my passion for sexuality simmer on the back burner. That is, until Sex Coach U serendipitously landed in my lap. From that moment, everything clicked into place—it felt like the universe was winking at me, saying, “This is it.” Since then, the magic of this work has only grown.

With my certification as a Sex & Intimacy Coach and nearly two decades of experience on film sets, I’ve found a sweet spot as an Intimacy Coordinator for Film & TV. It’s the perfect blend of my skills: creating safe, authentic spaces for vulnerability while navigating the fast-paced, creative world of storytelling. Whether I’m coaching a client or collaborating with actors and directors, I bring the same dedication—holding space as a trusted person, a steady support system, and a guide. Being of service to others isn’t just my job; it’s my joy.

I’m 100% Persian, raised in the vibrant, sprawling greater Los Angeles area, steeped in a family overflowing with culture, tradition, and love. As a teenager, I pushed back against those traditions (rebellion was my middle name!), but now I hold them close to my heart—they’re part of what makes me, me. My heritage weaves its way into everything I do, from the warmth I bring to my relationships to the stories I tell.

Family is my anchor. I’m a wife, a mother to two incredible souls, a “wicked” stepmother to one (with a playful grin), and a soul sister to a tribe of kindred spirits. And being Persian? That means a sprawling network of relatives who fill my life with chaos, connection, and endless feasts. Since my kids were tiny, we’ve been globe-trotters—chasing film projects and adventures across continents, one story at a time. When we’re not on the move, I split my time between the sun-drenched countryside of Italy, where time slows down, and the electric buzz of Los Angeles, where dreams are born.

At the core of it all, my family is my priority—my North Star. But I’d be lying if I didn’t mention my other great love: the sea. It’s my sanctuary, a boundless source of peace and inspiration that fills my soul like nothing else. Oh, and laughter? It’s my oxygen. Those who know me best will tell you I’m never far from a good giggle—it’s how I keep life light, even when times get rough.
